Have you ever wondered if your background, your past mistakes, or your family history disqualify you from being used by God? This Sunday, we look at the story of Ruth, a foreign widow from a nation explicitly banned by Israel’s law, who proved that God isn't looking for a perfect pedigree—He is looking for faith. Through her ordinary choices to stay loyal, show up, and work hard in the face of deep grief, God was quietly weaving her into the bloodline of the Messiah. No matter how empty-handed or disqualified you feel today, your faith is the doorway to His redemption, and you might just be the answer to someone else's prayer.
