About Orchard Church

Though Escondido has many churches and many people attend them, there are still more than 100,000 people in our city that do not attend any church or know they can find hope in Jesus Christ. Orchard is changing that.

Assad

"If I can do anything, my hope is to do things that help people find and follow Jesus. We started the Orchard so people can find hope, and experience love through faith in Christ."

- Assad Saif, Pastor at Orchard Church

A church in Escondido that brings people together.

We recognize the many challenges people have had with churches over the years and we want to be part of helping people heal. We love Escondido because of its rich diversity of people, culture, food and artistry. We also love the small town feel with a city that is filled with high capacity leaders and learners. The Orchard is not just another church. We have some of the most qualified teachers and team leaders in San Diego County. We aim to bring the best teaching and community building to Escondido. We do this by continually innovating toward meeting the culture where it is at and inviting people to put their hope in Jesus.

About Orchard Church 2

Committed to advancing the Gospel.

Orchard Church is an inviting community of believers seeking to help people find and follow Jesus. Our desire is to build a community built on our faith, hope, and love in Christ. We will seek to help people of all ethnicities; ages and backgrounds grow in their relationship with God, connect in their relationship with others and share their faith with people in their neighborhoods and around the world. We hope this process will change the way people see and understand Christianity.

Orchard Church people are dedicated to Escondido.

At the Orchard our hope is to invite people into our church family who want to be committed to see God transform the community of Escondido by inviting people to find hope and experience love through faith in Christ. The church is called the “body of Christ” in the bible making it a living organism bound together by God Himself. When people “join” a local church they are contributing to advancing the Kingdom of God on earth by participating in the progression of building up the Body of Christ. There really is no greater mission on earth!
