Light and dark, truth and lies, good and evil. While the world often feels like it’s filled with shades of gray, we all know that there are ways of living in the world that fill us with hope and joy, and there are ways of being that cause regret and despair. Join us in season three of our teaching series from the Gospel of John, Light in the Darkness, as we follow Jesus as he guides us on the path of life.

What is Normal Life
You and I have both experienced a range of emotional experiences that have left us feeling disoriented at times. They can be as exciting as finding the love of your life and beginning a dating relationship that leads to marriage. Or, they can be as low as the loss of a loved one. Amazing days take you way up high into the emotional stratosphere. Difficult days can take you down into the dumps. What happens the day after those days?
How do you get back to normal life? When we look at the story of the disciples after the resurrection of Jesus, we get a glimpse into an extraordinary time in history. Something amazing had just happened, and at the same time, finding a new normal must have been incredibly difficult.
We are going to take a look at this on Sunday. This week we will be looking at John 21:1-14.
