Sermon Discussion Questions for Your Life Groups
A quick note from Pastor Assad about this weekend.
Have you ever heard the phrase "Jesus was either a liar, a lunatic, or lord."? It is very provocative to say the least! The comment comes out of the timeless classic, Mere Christianity, where C.S. Lewis wrote this phrase before asking the infamous liar, lunatic, or lord question:
"I am trying here to prevent anyone saying the really foolish thing that people often say about Him: "I’m ready to accept Jesus as a great moral teacher, but I don’t accept his claim to be God.""
People can believe Jesus was an amazing... but God? For many, that is too much to believe. This Sunday, I hope to share with you what I believe the Bible teaches in our new series "Discovering Jesus".
